Shipping policy

Shipping within New Zealand

Our general shipping profile offers tracked NZ shipping at NZ$10 non-rural (0–25 kg) and NZ$15 rural. Some products use a separate shipping profile with different rates. Checkout displays the applicable shipping rate for your items and delivery address; rates may be combined when items use different profiles.

Bulk and oversized orders

In cases where multiple large and oversize items are ordered (eg. bulk orders) we may need to charge shipping based on volume - we will be in touch before dispatching your order if this occurs. If you would prefer a quote ahead of ordering, please get in touch!

Large orders (ECE for example) may need to be charged at cost, especially for South Island deliveries.

Order collection

Free Waiuku pickup is available where offered at checkout. If you select pickup, please wait for your ready-for-collection notification and email weewoodenwondersnz@gmail.com to coordinate a collection time. We are an online business without a shop front. Please do not arrive before your order is confirmed ready and a collection time is arranged.

International shipping
