How long will it take to receive my order?

Our current handpainted-to-order queue is at least 10–12 weeks. This is the production wait before your order is ready for dispatch or collection, not the total time until delivery. If your order is being shipped, please allow additional time for courier transit after dispatch.

Shopping for a gift or need something sooner? Choose from our ready-to-go collection. These items are already painted, so they do not have the handpainted-to-order production wait. Please still allow time for dispatch and courier delivery, or wait for your ready-to-collect notification before collecting.

Can we be invoiced for an order rather than purchase online?

Definitely! Just send us an email to weewoodenwondersnz@gmail.com and we will sort this out with you to make a bank deposit. 

Do you have a shop I can visit?

We are an online business and do not have a shop front for walk-in browsing. Free collection in Auckland is available for orders: select 'Collect' at checkout, then wait until you receive your ready-to-collect notification and email weewoodenwondersnz@gmail.com to organise a collection time. Handpainted-to-order items still have the production wait above; choosing collection does not shorten it.

Are all your products exactly the same?

As pegs are individually handpainted, they may slightly differ from pictured pegs. It adds to the individuality!
